Affiliate Program Terms and Conditions

Thank you for your interest in the International Homeware Affiliate Program (the “Program”). By signing up for the Program, you (the “Affiliate”) agree to these Terms and Conditions (the “Terms”).

1. Eligibility

• You must be at least 18 years old to participate in the Program.
• Your website or marketing channel must be relevant to International Homeware’s target audience and comply with all applicable laws and regulations.
• International Homeware reserves the right to decline any affiliate application for any reason.

2. Program Details

• International Homeware will provide you with a unique affiliate link to promote on your website or marketing channel.
• You will earn a commission on qualifying sales generated through your affiliate link.
• The commission rate, cookie duration (365 days), and other program details are subject to change at International Homeware’s discretion.
• Commissions are calculated excluding shipping and tax charges.

3. Affiliate Responsibilities

• You will accurately and transparently promote International Homeware products and services.
• You will not make any misleading or deceptive statements about International Homeware or its products.
• You will comply with all applicable laws and regulations related to affiliate marketing.
• You will not promote International Homeware on any website or marketing channel that contains illegal or offensive content.
• You will not use spam or other unethical marketing practices to promote International Homeware.
• You will provide International Homeware with accurate and up-to-date contact information.

4. Payment

• Commissions will be paid upon request, once your earned commissions exceed a minimum threshold of 500 Bangladeshi Taka (TK). International Homeware reserves the right to withhold payment for any reason, including suspected fraudulent activity.
• Commissions will be rejected for any orders that are refunded within the Refund Grace Period.

5. Refund Grace Period

• International Homeware offers a 30-day refund grace period. This means that customers have 30 days from the date of purchase to return any item for a full refund.
• Commissions will be rejected for any orders that are refunded within this 30-day window.

6. Termination

• International Homeware may terminate your participation in the Program at any time, with or without cause, upon written notice to you.
• You may terminate your participation in the Program at any time by providing written notice to International Homeware.
• Upon termination, all rights and obligations under these Terms will cease, but any accrued and unpaid commissions will be paid to you upon request, subject to meeting the minimum payout threshold and excluding commissions for refunded orders within the Refund Grace Period.

7. Disclaimer

• International Homeware makes no warranties, express or implied, about the Program or the potential income you may earn.
• You participate in the Program at your own risk.

8. Limitation of Liability

• International Homeware will not be liable for any damages arising out of your participation in the Program, including but not limited to lost sales, lost profits, or reputational damage.

9. Governing Law

• These Terms will be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Bangladesh.

10. Changes to the Terms

• International Homeware reserves the right to change these Terms at any time.
• You are responsible for periodically reviewing the Terms. Your continued participation in the Program after any changes to the Terms will constitute your acceptance of those changes.

11. Affiliate Marketing Techniques that are Prohibited

• You will not engage in any marketing practices that are misleading, deceptive, or spammy.
• You will not use International Homeware’s trademarks or copyrighted materials without permission.
• You will not offer unauthorized discounts or coupons.
• You will not engage in cookie stuffing or other methods of artificially inflating clicks or sales.
• You will not promote International Homeware through pyramid schemes or multi-level marketing programs.

12. Intellectual Property Rights

• International Homeware retains all ownership rights to its intellectual property, including its trademarks, copyrights, and logos.
• You are granted a limited, non-exclusive license to use International Homeware’s intellectual property solely for the purpose of promoting the Program.

13. Dispute Resolution

• Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms will be resolved by binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the Bangladesh Arbitration Centre.

14. Confidentiality

• You agree to keep confidential all non-public information that you obtain from International Homeware in connection with the Program.
