Delivery Policy for Domestic Retail Sales

Our policy for retail sales within Bangladesh

Delivery processing time:

All orders are processed within 1-3 business days. Orders delivery option available seven days a week.

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, delivery may be delayed by a few days. Please allow

Additional days in transit for delivery.

Delivery estimates

• Urgent and standard delivery is only available for orders with delivery addresses within Dhaka.

• Outside Dhaka delivery costs depend on product size and quantity. Delivery costs have to be paid in advance.

• Delivery delays can occasionally occur.

• If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.

Delivery Policy for Domestic Wholesale

Our policy for wholesale within Bangladesh

Wholesalers can come to our warehouse between (3pm – 5pm) 7 days a week and pick their desired quantity of product from the warehouse. Our warehouse location is given with a link.

Delivery Charge(s)

IHW ESHOP will bear delivery charges for the order(s) with the
following conditions unless otherwise there is any specific campaign-wise
instruction for delivery charge.

15.1. Weight must be no more than 10 Kgs.

15.2. Size Must be within 1 cubic foot.

Please note that,

i) Fragile and/or Sensitive items (for example Electronics, Home
appliances, decorative items, crockeries, etc.) may be excluded from the above
conditions.

ii) Delivery charge(s) may applicable if seller deliver the
product(s).

iii) Waiver of the delivery charge(s) may depend on different
circumstances such as delivery area, road conditions, transportation cost etc.

iv) If collection or delivery of a Consignment takes place at your
premises, we shall not be under any obligation to provide any equipment or
labor or any associated cost(s) which, apart from the driver collecting the
A consignment may be required for loading or unloading of a Consignment.
The delivery charge does not include any installation cost. Installation cost (if
there is any) is subject to supplier’s policy.

v) Provision of the home delivery is/are subject to carrier and
sellers’ delivery policy.

vi) If any delivery fails due to customer negligence or any other
reason from the customer end then the customer is bound to pay the return
courier charge(s) as well as the redelivery charge(s).

Ihwbd.com can deliver any quantity of product to the  customer’s desired address with only 100 taka delivery charge inside Dhaka and 150 for outside Dhaka. The price may increase if any customer takes more products.
